Summary
Gluten-free pizza is available but they cook it in the same oven and have loose flour. It seems like a large cross-contimation risk so we did not eat here.
The staff were very clear about the cooking conditions though, which is always nice.

Very informed and open to questions, we were able to get a good idea of the risks eating there.

Can have a gluten-free pizza base.
