Summary
Decent gluten-free options. However, gluten-free pizza is much smaller and incompatible with the online deals which make Pizza Hut worthwhile. The only way to work around this is to visit the restaurant in person and ask them to replace one of the larger pizza's in the deal with a gluten-free one. We have had a lot of success this way - but it does mean being your own delivery driver and waiting in the shop. We have contacted Pizza-Hut asking for the option to substitute gluten-free pizzas in their deals on the website but not had much luck so far.
Staff
Communication varies greatly depending on who is working that day. We have had exceptionally informed and helpful people and others who have refused to help.
Food
Limited options, with overall value limited by the restritive website ordering method.
Important Note: The Pizza Hut takeaways and restuarants have different menus and also seem to use a different square gluten-free base. We have found the restuarants to have better quality gluten-free bread. We don't know why...
