Summary
A restuarant that seems to take gluten-free seriously. We were given a menu with clear gluten-free options, the staff were able to discuss the chance of cross-contamination for different items and were clear about not mixing gluten and non-gluten foods in the same fryer.
Staff
Staff spoke with clear english and were able to communicate allegens information clearly. They were happy for us to photograph the menu and didnt mind us asking questions.
