Domino's are Coeliac UK accredited making them one of the safer options. Staff appear to be well trained on allergen handling.
However, there is only a small number of pizza's available (you might have better luck changing toppings if you are in person or order by phone), and the pizza base is Schar.

Staff spoke with clear english and were able to communicate allegens information clearly. Shared any potential risks and explained the preparation process in detail.
Food
Limited to a small number of pizza's. Most of the extended menu or specials are not available. Which is a shame...
